Around town.

Nice little race put on by the local running club, tough course in Chestnut Ridge Park, largest county park in the US.  Very hilly, 500 feet of climbing.  Not a Utah certified course.

Jaunt around the village, had to stop and pick up my award for the race yesterday.

Boston State-N Boston loop

Bussendorfer, 65+ degrees out thusly I took my guns out.

Ran to my grams then took her car to the dealer and ran back home.  Feeling a bit under the weather so I cut it off there.

Still a bit off, so just did 4 on the tred.

Got my gram's car and stopped on the run hme for a Chicken Wing sub.

Finally got my grandmas car fixed up and inspected, only took 2.5 weeks.

N-Boston-Boston State loop.

Heading down to Philly for the weekend to cheer on my college teammate Jared Burdick in the marathon.  He's making a quick turnaround after a nice 2:24 at Chicago.

Weekely mileage, this day had a lot of running around Philly to watch my buddy run a 2:26.

Finally got outside, dropped off some turkey trot packets at my buddies.  Tomorrow is Buffalo's Turkey Trot the oldest consecutively run road race in the US with this being the 118th edition.  This years race was capped at 14,000 my second time running there were only 3,500 finishers.  Quite a jump in 13 years.

Pretty happy with the race, went out easy and spent the race passing people. Then had a half dozen beers at the after party before going over to the bar to meet up with the rest of the family. Gobble gobble mothers.
