5:00am

I ignored my garmin today and just tried to focus on controlled breathing and a strong last mile. My heart rate was way down compared to usual.

I finished cutting the last piece of trim last night and returned my friend's chopsaw, painting is almost done, appliances will be delivered tomorrow and we move in this weekend!!

This is the first time I've ran four days in a row since last summer and it was really hard to get motivated. I almost convinced myself that I deserved a day off with all the moving and everything, but then I imagined Thaine Filkins congratulating me on my second place finish in the upcoming 20k... needless to say I got motivated and ran.

On A "lighter" note, I weighed in at 161.2 after my run. I haven't been that low since 10th grade. I think I need to eat more.

...back to the move....
