April - I'm running all 4 races in the series. 5,10,15, and 20k

Burt - That really hurts coming from a flag football player.

That Resolution Series is awesome.

Speaking of running more than one race in the same race. I was chatting with a running buddy at work about the Great Race that was coming up. I asked him how many times he'd run it, etc. He then mentions that he and a couple of buddies have signed up and run both. The 5k starts 30 min earlier than the 10k, but in a different location - almost a mile from the 5k finish. He ran the 5k, told the guy not to remove his chip and ran over to the 10k start in time to run that - finishing where the 5k did. His 5k time was 16:58 (6th overall), and 10k was 37:13 (65th overall). He's too humble to tell me when he did it (2006) or what his times were so I had to look them up. I'm such the stalker. haha

I'll bet if they had all four in one day and Trap could get to each in time, he'd do all of them. Hard core, I tell ya!

Those are some smokin' times for back to back races!

From DLTheo on Thu, Nov 04, 2010 at 13:58:36 from 155.130.107.41

I used to put on a race that had a 2 mile and a 4 mile, with the 2 mile first and the 4 mile 1/2 hour later. Lots of people ran both. It's a lot of fun to double, or even triple in track meets and road races!
