5:00pm 6 miles after work. Same run across the park as yesterday with an extra mile at the beginning and end. That's two running days in a row!!
Friday update: I feel even better today than I did before my run yesterday. This is very encouraging.

Ran with Preston this morning. I thought it would be a nice slow run... Obviously it didn't turn out that way. I'm still not sure if he was trying to break me or just seeing if it was realistic for me to be thinking about CIM :) Both my calves are pretty sore, but my right leg is fine otherwise. I think I'll take tomorrow off and get back out there on Tuesday. I'd like to get in 4 or 5 days this week even if they are short ones.

| | 5:00am Nice easy run. My calves are still tight from Sunday. I couldn't see him through the bushes, but I got barked at by the laziest dog I've ever heard... wwwoooooooooooooof, wwwooooooooooooof he sounded so tired I felt kind of sorry for him and I don't even like dogs.

| | My right calf finally stopped hurting yesterday; more than a full day after the left one recovered. It was tough, but I mustered up enough self control to stay off it and relax again today even though I felt like running. We'll see what happens tomorrow morning. I plan to run 5 - 10 depending on how I feel. | Comments(4) |
| | 11:30AM My right calf is still giving me trouble, not as much as before but it's still not recovered.

| | 4:30am 6 easy miles this morning. I decided I should start stringing together some shorter run days rather than going after that 10 miler and needing days to recover. I should know better by now huh? |

| | 7:30am 6 awesome miles in the wind and rain! I have a new little pain in my lower shin today. It's not near where I was injured before so hopefully it will just pass. I'm going to rest tomorrow and run with Preston on Sunday before church.
Running in the rain is fun. Ridning my motorcycle to a bike show in the rain is not :) I just got it all shined up for the Puyallup Mall Bike Show this weekend and now I need to ride it 15 miles to the event without getting it dirty... Only six miles this morning. I had to cut it short because I slept in and we still had to finish our costumes before the office party at work today. Kym and I have a lot of fun dressing up for halloween. Does anybody recognize these two?
