Yyyyyyah. (re: brr.) Time to dig out the Smartwool soon. (I took my SW gloves this morning and was very glad I did.)

i concur with the brr. solid miles, as usual. looks like you slept in this morning! :)

It wasn't quite that bad here, but it was a little unexpected. I'm still running in shorts and a short sleeve shirt so I had to keep moving pretty quick to stay warm.

I did not actually sleep in :(

I woke up at 4 and wrestled with my thoughts about running vs. sleeping for almost an hour before getting out of bed.

Ha, ha where's burt when you need him?

I need to pick up some little hotties before it gets that cold out.

"little hotties... misconstrued." Hahahahahahahaha!

So, does it take hitting your head on a tree branch to make you break your pace? Seriously, your splits are always soooo consistently awesome. Great job!

From rAtTLeTrAp on Fri, Sep 03, 2010 at 11:37:14 from 76.121.76.165

Wes - Thanks. I owe that consistency to my garmin. I don't really watch it very close anymore, but the "avg pace for current mile" was extremely helpful in getting a feel for my speed.
