| I felt a little bit better today. My injuries got a little looser as the run went on which was a pleasant surprise. I'll do what I can. My average apce was 8:57 with a total time of 38:04, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

| Out towards Payson via canal road, it took me a little longer to loosen up the injuries but once I was able to they were tolerable. My average apce was slower today at 9:28 with a total time of 40:46, I finished up with some lower body weights and squats.

| Out past the T via canla road, I felt better than yesterday but not as good as Monday but progressing. My injuries loosen but the second half of the run so that is nice. My average pace was 9:09 with a total time of 38:48, i finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

| Out Past Mini Gu Corner via canal road, I felt so much better this morning. Pain in my butt muscle was a lot better and my ITBand wasn't tender at all un til the very end and that was just a niggle. My average pace was 8:48 with a total time of 54:20, I finished up with some upper and lower body weights and some push-ups. I'll take today.
