I ran the Payson Park loop and extended down to the park, I then realized that this was suppose to be a cut back week but I most have forgot. I just tried to keep easy and not try and push anything today, my average pace was 8:46 with a total time of 1:02:55. I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-ups, a pretty good start to the week. I will cut back a little bit this week just to be safe.

I came home hoping to run but then life intruded and I wasn't able to, I need to start getting out in the morning again so theres now conflicts.

Morning run out towards Gu Corner via mini Gu and then back to the house the same way, the horses wanted to run this morning so I let them out just for a couple miles. I had 2 MP pace miles in the middle, 7:53, 7:52, my average pace was 8:23 with a total time of 1:00:24. It was my first morning run on week day for a while and it felt really good, this is going to be the plan as I sometimes just have to many things going on after work, which was the case yesterday.

I ran out past Mini GU but the wind was blowing so damn hard that I turned and headed back towards the house, after getting back to the house it was a little less wind so I tacked on a couple more but that was about it for today. The wind kind of zapped me mentally but it was a cut back week so no big deal. My average pace was 8:35 with a total time of 1:10:22, I will plan to up my miles just a little bit next week and try and get back to it.
