I ran the Payson Park loop and extended down to the park, I then realized that this was suppose to be a cut back week but I most have forgot. I just tried to keep easy and not try and push anything today, my average pace was 8:46 with a total time of 1:02:55. I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-ups, a pretty good start to the week. I will cut back a little bit this week just to be safe.
