| Out past Mini Gu Corner towards Gu but I stopped short, I was a little tired in the old legs but I was able to get her done for today. I finshed up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups, my average pace was 8:44 with a total time 1:03:11. A good start to the week.

| Salem Days 5K route extended, Legs were super tired today and not very happy. I got her done though, average pace was 8:59 with a total time of 56:07.

| Harry Hill Repeats with Bigfoot, he ran it 3 times I only ran it 1.5 times... I'm beat up pretty good, average pace was slow at 9:21 with a total time of 1:16:52.

| Out to Mini Gu Corner and back via canal road, pace w3as easy with the short turn around from last night. My average pace was 8:56 with a total time of 55:01.

| Usual Saturday route, ran into Bigfoot and then just tried to stay at it. Pace was still slower but thats okay. My average pace was 8:46 with a total time of 1:55:30, it was a good end to a pretty good week for me mileage wise.
