| I ran out to Mini Gu Corner via canal road, I ran into my Brother Curtis and ran with him for a while, it was good to run with him again. My stupid 920XT was malfunctioning again so my miile splits were all over the place. I will not use that watch again until they tell me they can work out the bugs, to frustrating. My total time was 54:45 with an average pace of 8:33, I felt pretty good for the most part and it was such a beautiful day for February.

| I ran the Payson Park loop today and extended down to the Park, another beautiful day but my legs were pretty much dead from the get go and the last couple of miles were like a death march... I didn't hardly eat anything today and it really showed, my average pace was 8:59 with a total time of 1:04:34. I'm still glad that I got out today, I just can't let this warm afternoons slide by.

| I took a couple of hours off this afternoon as I had a late appointment with a client at 5pm so I came home and got my run done early, I started out just after 2:30 or so and I ran out to Mini Gu Corner. When I first started out I thought it was going to be another death march but I ended up feeling pretty good, my average pace was 8:25 with a total time of 51:16. I had a MP mile on mile number 3 at 8:00 pace, I knew that was to fast so I tried to slow it down to more like an 8:30 pace, but my last mile was 8:16 so I must have accidentally speed up. It was sure a nice day 65 plus, pretty crazy but I'm not going to complain.

| I ran the Big Blue mailbox route after work today, I didn't want a whole lot and my goal was to keep it pretty easy and not over do it. My average pace was 8:52 with a total time of 46:19, I felt okay for the most part I just wanted to keep the legs loose an I didn't want to go 2 days in a week without any running.

| I was able to get out the door just after 8:30 am and I headed out to Gu Corner via canal road and then I came back the same way, I felt okay but it seems I'm fighting side aches for some reason... Today it hit me on mile 4 and then I fought it the rest of the way, it would just come and go so I don't know what's up with that. When I returned back to the house I ran out to the old barn on canal road and then back to the house to finish out the 10 plus miles. My average pace was 8:38 with a total time of 1:27:21, not a bad run but with that darn side ache I had to slow down a lot but I guess that's okay. I had a pretty good week of training again and I like the road I'm on, now if I can just stay healthy.
