Out to Mini Gu Corner and back via canal road. Pace was pretty decent. My average pace was 8:32 with a total time of 52:29, I finished up with some upper weights.

I went skiing and went 9.65 miles, it was a really nice day about 3 inches of new snow and I hit it pretty hard. It was a good crosstraining day.

Salem Days 5K route extended, I had to make a pit stop at the house. Thanks to my wife for giving me a lift back to the house on her way to work... Brutal. My average pace was slower this morning but it was a good run and I'm glad I was able to get my butt out of bed for a change. Average pace was 8:50 with a total time of 55:09.

Out to Mini Gu Corner and then back to the house, decided to run a few more miles once i got back to the house. There was a Bigfoot sighting so that made it all worth it... My average pace was slow at 8:46 with a total time of 1:28:52, it was a good way to end the week.
