Out to the T and back Via canal road, I added a little more when I retunred to the house. I wore shorts and my legs were starting to feel like blocks of Ice, when that sun goes down it gets chilly! My average pace was8:31 with a total time of 40:30, I had 1 MP mile at 7:57.
