I was pleasantly surprised with this run, I put down 40 plus flats of flowers in my yard testerday and ususally I can't even walk the day after I do that but I was able to hammer out the mileage and that was good. My average pace was slower at 8:55 with a total time of 2:16:15, it was a good end to the week.
