I ran out to Mini Gu Corner via canal road passed my Brother and then I turned to try and catch him and during that mile I did a 7:49 mile so I'm counting that as a MP mile, thanks brother for pulling me along. Stopped for a bit and talked to him and then I headed back to the house and just kept it easy, it was a little bit cooler today and I could feel it in my hands, but it was still nice for February. My average pace was 8:20 with a total time of 51:58.  I feel really good right now, I sure hope I can stay this way through out the year, it would be a first.
