I was able to get out of bed this morning and get my workout done, I still am not feeling real great;-( I did 50 minutes on the elliptical and then I ran on the treadmill for 11:30 and went 1.25 miles in that span, finished up with some core strength training... My hip felt marginal at best, it feels a little improved but I'm still on the mend and have a ways to go. Thats about it, same old same old, see ya tomorrow. |
