I ran out to Gu Via Mini GU and I was not having a real good run, pretty much a death march like it has been the whole week, but then after about 4 miles or so my legs started to get into a better rhythm and my pace got a little easier... I don't know what happened other than I feel like I ran the tiredness out of them and they started to cooperate a little bit, My average pace was 8:34 with a total time of 1:26:41, I had two 8 minute miles towards the end so I am counting those as MP. I like a run where I feel stronger at the end at that seemed to happen today, I am glad that I got out because I almost stayed in bed.
