I ran the Payson park loop this morning but I didn't extend to the Park, I cut out the rollers, I didn't feel real great going out but I felt a little better on the way back. My average pace was 8:30 with  total time of 53:02, it was syre a beautiful morning and I am glad that I was bale to get out. Good luck to all those fellow runners running the Boston Marathon today it sure is a great day for running.
