I decided to tryout a run and see how my back and my hamstring are doing, I was able to just pull it along and it wasn't to bad. I will see how it goes tomorrow and through the week, I will increase my mileage a little each day and then see how I do... My average Pace was a little slower than I have been at 8:55 with a total time of 42:21, I did my upper body weight training and then I finished up with some push-ups. Injuries suck!
