I ran out to the old barn on canal road and then I turned and headed back to the house, I was having stomach issues which hindered me pretty good back to the house. After taking care of business I headed down to the High School to meet the girls and help them with their 1.25 mile run, my legs was about like Saturday, it felt tolerable after about 2 miles or so. I ran with the girls and they did great and then I ran back to the house, my pace was slower than normal but I just felt tired but that's okay I was able to at least get a run done. After the run I did my upper body weight training and then finished up with push-ups. I just have to hope that this leg issue doesn't get any worse and i can continue to train, if not then I will be really pissed off.!
