Lunch run around pretty little hill and on canal road, legs were slow and tired and my hip really hurt... Not sure what to do at this point. I might try the elliptical and see if that is better on it but if not then I'll keep running but maybr cut back on the mileage. My average pace 8:57 with a total time of 1:05:49, I finished up with some uppr body weight training and some push-ups.
