I waited for the rain to clear a bit and then I headed out to GU via Mini GU and then back to the house, weather was pretty good until the last couple of miles it started to rain again but it was tolerable. The last 3 miles I did some half mile pickups, nothing really hard just ran at a pace that made me  uncomfortable, took the first half of each one of those miles real easy. Average pace was 8:25 with a total time of 1:08:14, I felt good at times today and then not so good at times but I'm sure that is because of the increase in miles this week and finally having some consistency.

It was a great week for me.
