I ran the Payson park Loop today and I extended down into the Park, I felt pretty good for the most part but I was a little tired on the last mile but that's okay. In the middle of the run I had a MP mile (8:00) and then I just tried to keep it steady the rest of the way. My average pace was 8:30 with a total time of 1:00:56, it was another beautiful day and I'm glad I got out, feeling good right now.
