Short-Term Running Goals:

Doing a few more 1/2 marathons this year and continue to support new runners by running with them!

Personal:

Blessed to live in beautiful Fountain Hills, AZ during winter/spring months then in beautiful Idaho Falls, ID in the summer/fall months!  Thoroughly enjoy hiking, golfing, and running all year round (not into cold winter sports)! Married to Rob for 22 years ~ Two 19 year old college teens!

Forgot I told Janet I'd run the PF Chang 1/2 with her again until she asked on Sunday, less than two weeks away, yikes.  I wasn't sure how a 10 miler would even be for me as I've been focused on my running girls' races instead of my own.  Did fine though, an 8:24 pace is very average for me, so I'll sign up, ALWAYS a ton of fun with Janet and this race :)

Thanks Jeff, I can't remember the last time I ran 10 miles, but with PF Chang being so flat compared to FH, I should be OK. My running girls are up to an 8 mile long run this Saturday getting them ready for Mountain to Fountain, they will do awesome! You & Justin should definitely come for that one :)
