I've been very laxed in posting and actually running lately only averaging about 15 miles per week. I need to at least jump this up to 25. I did spin a couple of times, I think I'll do that more this summer to avoid the hot weather. The temp has in the low 70's when I run with 90-100 percent humidity and 65-70 degree dewpoint so not really very comfortable or fun.
