i've been running every night for a few miles with my dog and talking long walks on my work breaks. hopefully all of that will help a bit keeping my legs moving for the marathon, but not overdoing it since it's too late for real progress before the big event. i'm super excited to see the course & nervous at the same time. here's to winter 2011-12 and spring 2012 training that will be much more consistant! **changed my nickname from peaks to chris. this site has become my favorite spot on the web (really i just browse the rss feeds when i'm bored) so i figure that i'll be using the site for quite a while. might as well use my real name...
