Took Griffin on the trails for warm up. then did 2 x 3:00 w/ 2:00 jog and 4 x :75 w/ 3:00 walk. the 3:00 sections were 6:00 pace and I felt pretty crappy. I htink I need more stamina building runs before I go for longer intervals. :75 second sections were 5:40 pace and felt pretty relaxed. Probably could've pushed harder.
