I NEED TO REMEMBER TO BLOG! But after I got home from Taylor's homecoming I went over to the field house and did 4 on the treadmill. Came home played more Pokemon then did my homework and ended the night with calf raises and squats.

Ran down to SHP and did a little extra for a mile and a half. Stretched for a long time waiting for Larry to show up but he never came so I just did a road lap of 2on/1off light poles then I did an outside grass lap cooldown. Nice run. It is nice to get out running again before I have finals in a couple of weeks. 7:44 average.

AM: Did a mile around the gym at P90X for a warm up before we stretched for the time. I guess today was a recovery day?

Ran down to Sugarhouse Park and did a half mile there to get a mile and a half warm up, then I met up with Larry and did 8x150 meter strides. Then I ran a mile on the track with Larry which got me to 4 miles then it started hailing and pouring rain and it was freezing so my mom made me go home so I did 40 minutes on the elliptical and counted it as 2 miles. 7:05 average for the running. Now we watch Fast and Furious: Tokeo Drift !!!!

Today was awesome! It was the first day I got to actually do an actual run. I drove down to SHP and did a road lap, then an outside lap, then another road lap. Then out a halfmile and back. I stopped to stretch at 4.5 miles because my knee and quad was starting to hurt but after I stretched that went away. I am really happy about this run! Kind of slow but it was effective! 7:54 average.

Ran down to SHP but went another way into the park than I usually do to get the extra half mile and that way felt much longer... I did not like it at all. Then I stretched and did a lap of 2x1 light poles on and off. Then I did a big grass lap cooldown and ran to the bathroom and back to the car and called it a night.

This morning I met up with Taylor to run. It was awesome running again with him! It felt just like old times! We met at the East track and did the shriners run. I took my inhaler before the run but I still started coughing really hard going up the hill and starting gagging. This asthma is getting super old! When we got to the drinking fountain we stretched and got a drink then decided to go on until 3 then turn around. We stopped at the drinking fountain at 3 miles but it was OFF! Then we stretched and went back the same way. We stopped at the drinking fountain again. It was a nice slow and easy run (except for the asthma attack going up the big hill on Alta street.) When we got back to the track we did a mile on the track swapping directions at a half mile. This was an awesome run! 8:18 average.
