As I was driving around SHP I saw Sarah Sargent so I ran a 2 mile warm up with her catching up and stuff. That was awesome to catch up with her again! Then I broke off, did my 8 strides, and stretched and started the workout. It was 5x400 around the park. Easy workout, glad it is over though. Then I ran a short cooldown because I had a Valentines reservation in 20 minutes!!!
