Today we had track practice. So we met in the commons and did 2 vertical laps around the school for a warm up. Then we did 3 weird circuits. We did for the first one, 30 speed squats, then 2 100 meter strides at jogging pace, then came and did all around plank things, then we did 4 stairs. We did this cirtcuit twice. For the third circuit we did I think it was speed squats again, then we did the 2 100 meter strides at jogging pace, then we did someting that I can not remember and finishing it off with this weird thing were we sprint against the wall. Then we went in to the weight room and we did 10 pull ups. For the distance workout we were just supposed to go for a light run of 40-45 minutes. I went with Kevin and we went along 1300 east, towards rice eccles stadium, up the street with the stadium, turning on guardsman way, running until 8th south. Going back down to East because we both were freezing!!!!!!!!!! |
