Today since we didn't have rehearsal for Aida after school I got to go to practice. So I met up with Levi and we did a lap warm up, when we were coming around the lap we met up with Bruce at sugarhouse park. Then the workout was a light pole workout. What we did was we strided out from one light post to another, then recovered. The workout was 8 on and 8 off, then 3 on when you strided out for 2 light posts and recovered for one, then 6 more of the individual ones. Levi and I were supposed to hit roughly 6 minute pace when we were striding but we went a bit faster on every one. Then we did a mile and a half cooldown to get an even 5 miles.
