Today since tomorrow is my big physics test, I didn't have enough time to go for a run. I started with 2 miles on the elliptical while studying physics. Then I went and did my weights so the weights on the machine, then holding your knee up for a minute thing, then squats, push ups, crunches, weighted arm swings, then weighted calf raises with 25 pounds. Then I did another 2 miles on the elliptical while studying physics. |
