Today since I had soo much homework to do, I couldnt go for that long. So my whole family went up to the avenues and while I ran the I street 4 mile loop, they walked for a little bit. After I did that loop, My dad dropped my 2 miles away from the house and I was supposed to run that very hard. I did those two miles in 12:21 minutes, which is not that fast but it was sort of a cooldown/ speed last 2 miles. After all of that I came home and did the Weights, arm swings, calf raises, push ups, crunches and weighted lunges. |
