Today for cross country practice we met at the horrible trail across the street from the zoo. It sucks because it seems uphill the entire time even though it is only like 3 miles long, or at least that is as far as I went today. Going to the turn around I was going pretty slow until Amanda passed me then I spent the rest of the time until the turn around trying to catch up to her. I never really did though. When I was going back I really tried to push the pace so going there I was doing like an 11 minute pace...... I know ridiculously slow but then when I was done my average pace was low 9 minutes which is ok because I am still really trying to get my endurance and my speed back. Then when we were done we did arm swings, step ups, wall sits, and our core. Then when I got home I had the best spaghetti ever!!!!!!!! and I finally got my junior prom pictures:) then I did the rest of my core and I did my leg weights.
