Today for Cross Country practice it was a horrible day for me! The work out was run to Sugar House Park and go in it a little bit until we got to 2.5 miles and then we turn back and go back the same way. Me, tomy, Bill, and the new boy ran a little bit past everyone else so they left us so my group had to catch up to them again. We stopped also to get water. So I started out the run fine at the front of the pack which is what I am trying to do to get faster but going back was painful. My quads hurt going up the hill and I felt like I was sprinting the entire way back trying to catch up to everyone. When we got to about 13th south Abigail broke off and so did Susannah and I stayed with them. I tried to stay with the other group but for some reason I just couldn't. I don't know why but it was a overall very painful run. So the run for me was probably necessary but it was supposed to be a short easy run but it wasn't.

Heehee, you should've done the barefoot run with us ;) But good job on staying with Bill, that takes guts...and a lot of will power...and a good ear cause he TALKS SO MUCH! How did the new guy do? And what is his name???

The new guy did EXCELLENT! His name is Kevin. HE stayed with us the entire way and he also stayed just behind me and with Natalie on the run we did at Liberty Park Yesterday!

What grade is he? And is he gonna keep it up?

Yeah he will most likely keep it up. But he is now a sophomore. Last year a freshman when we were a sophomore. But he is going to be really good.

Sweet he's young so we'll have him for a while!!!
