Today I went for my own run. I started with a 2.5 mile loop so I went up to Clayton, then stayed on that road until I got to Shop N Go. Staying on that street until I got to 21st South. Then I went down to Sugar House Park and did a loop inside the park staying on the road. Went back to 17th east and 21st south and went on 21st to 19th east and from there I went back to my house. This run I tried to really push so I went on a pretty fast tempo run. I went home and did 1 mile on the elliptical while studying physics. Then I went and did my weights, So I did the machine weights, 25 pound weighted calf raises, 3 sets of 15 squats, the holding my knee up for a minute thing, crunches, push ups, and weighted arm swings. This was a very hot run. |
