Today I was originally going to do the Hobbler 5K while everyone else did the Half Marathon, But I didn't. I woke up way too late, since I was at Lagoon yesterday till 11:30 so I didn't get to bed till about 1 so I would of gotten 2 hours of sleep. Oh well. So before I went to steiner today I did my core of crunches, bicycle crunches, and the other stuff that I don't know the name of. Then since it was raining and the original plan was going to the avenues and do five there but since the weather was to severe today I decided to not try to go against the weather and just hit up the treadmill. I started on like a 6.8 if I remember correctly then I went up 15 seconds faster each half mile until I was at a 6:48 pace then I just finished the like 1.5 miles or so I had left at that. When I started I put it at a 3.0 for an incline then every half mile I went down .5 until I hit zero. Overall it was a bad day because during the run my left quad started to really hurt and it was farther in than the muscle. Hopefully it goes away soon because it felt really weird all throughout the entire run.
