Ran down to SHP and stretched. I stretched for a long time waiting for people and they never showed so I did a lap outside the park then inside the park and within those two laps, I threw in 4x30 second surges. THen I cooled down on the cemetery run and finished right went I saw the park on 1700 east so I walked through the park to my parents car.. Now it is time to watch Farewell to Cristina in Greys Anatomy
