At noon I ran down to SHP and did my workout that I couldn't do yesterday and am doing it super early because I have an awards dinner tonight. I did a 1.5 mile warmup then went onto HHS track but realized they are in school and the PE class was on the track so I couldn't run on it so I decided to do the workout in the park on the flat part where it curves to 'modify' 200's. The workout was 8x200's and after each 200 I would do a 100 meter stride so I just stayed on 3 light poles, running out 2 for the 200 (I measured the distance with my Timex so I started a little before the pole and ended a little after the second pole) Then I waited 20 seconds and ran 100 meters back and did that 8 times. My times averaged 38-41 depending on how many people I had to dodge. SHP is crowded during the day! Then I did a 2.5 mile cooldown around the park and am now studying for my math test.... I DONT UNDERSTAND MY MATH! AND I HAVE OUR LAST MIDTERM THIS FRIDAY!!! AHHH
