New month= get to start running again! I finally feel well enough from mono to start running! That means I get to finally wear the new shoes I got for Christmas. I just went 2.5 around my neighborhood. It is super hilly hear in Millcreek so it was good. It felt amazing to be running again! My knee did hurt for the first mile but it warmed up:)

Well, I am back on the blog. Today was our Girls on the Run practice 5k! WAHOO! I didn't get to run with the girls because I was on 'coaching' duty, meaning direct the course and take pictures! Susannah was super nice to run with one of my girls! Thank you! I was able to get 4 miles of running all over the course taking pictures:)

Met with Danny and Levi at Sugahood Park and ran an outside and inner lap with them. On the inner lap my knee was starting to hurt. I think it was just bad form and from being out of shape. It is a good day:)

Went over to the U's student life center and ran 5.25 on the treadmill. It wasn't bad because Lord of the Rings the Return of the King was on the TV. Nice fun run:)
