Today I had a very hard workout mentally. I met up with Billy and Danny at SHP. We did an inside lap warm up, then continued over to the 2nd hill in the state course and did 5 continuous hill repeats then we continued over around the outside of the park until the 400 mark on 1700 south. Then we did a timed 400 and I got 67. I was just having a rough day, my feet were slapping on the ground, my form was gone... Then we cooled down a a half of a perimeter lap.
