Today since I slept in right after my alarm went off, I couldn't go to Cross Country practice. So I went to my grandmas house and ran on her treadmill because I didn't want to run outside because my parents weren't home and they need to know where I am at all times. I did the cross country teams workout on the treadmill. I started with a 2 mile warm up and then stretching. Then I did a fartlek workout of 10 minutes on/off. We were supposed to meet at Cottonwood Complex and do the regions course during this fartlek but since I am not there I did it on the treadmill. I started off then every one minute interval sped up. I got to about 2.75 miles before the interval ended so I just finished out the 3 miles. When I remembered there was a uphill I tried to make the treadmill go uphill but my calculations were not always correct. Then I did an easy 2 miles cooldown. Overall it was a very nice workout today, though I wish I didn't sleep in because I think that I would have pushed a lot more and the hills would have been a lot steeper so I might not have gone as far but I would have gotten a  better hill workout. It was a good workout for a few reason, A) I watched Dinosaur Train while doing it haha:) and B) My grandma was on the bike and she was very jealous of how far I ran:) Then I came home and did my core. I am going to go on another run later today because I need four more miles. 4.4 actually....

Later today I went over to Steiner and ran on the treadmill there because I am not sure if I will be able to run tomorrow. So I did a mile warm up 2 miles of tempo pace then a mile cooldown. Then I just did a .4 mile thing at 6:18 pace to get my legs used to running at that speed again and so I could have even mileage:)
