Today for practice we met at the highland track for practice. I jogged down there for my warm up of a mile. Then I did 3 laps of "Js" which are you sprint for 150 meters then jog for 50 meters. Then I did 3 laps of speed changes sprinting the curves and 3 laps of speed changes sprinting the straight-a-ways. On the last lap I had to go to the bathroom though really bad so I used sprinting to the bathroom as my last one. Then I did an inside road lap in the park as my cooldown. Then some big D-Bag flips me off then sprints away so I had to race him around the park for my cooldown and I did catch him even though he was about 100 meters ahead of me at the starting ;) While I was running, a few people commented on me saying that I was bouncing again. As soon as cross country is over I start bouncing, Any suggestions on stopping it? Weights? Different way on running? Then when I got home I did 3 sets of weighted arm swings.
