AM: this morning for cross country practice we met at the track. Ran down to the gully and varsity did 3 laps. After the laps we went back to the track and did 10 100 meter strides.
Pm: in the afternoon since we had a morning workout it was a way short workout. Varsity did a 2 mile loop of going up to guardsman, over to the U stadium and down to the cemetery. Varsity did a lap in the cemetery then ran back down to 1300 east and back to east. Then we did 2 progressive 300s. Overall easy peezy lemon squezy stuff before race.
