AM: 2 on the elyptical while studying physics. PM: At track today, since yesterday we did some speed, todays workout was quite easy. We started by putting the metal pole thingy up around the track because of the big meat that is coming up on friday. Then we did uniforms, sweat sizes, and signing up for our event for friday's meet. Then the actual running workout started. We started with a mile warmup and then the stretching so we dont get injured this close to a meet. Then, me, tomy, and ricky all as a group did 2 miles of speed changes. Then when we were done with those I stretched because throughout the entire workout my legs had been killing me because of how sore they were. Then we all went to different 100 meter marks on the track and timed the girl in a 400 because yesterday there last 400 time was not the greatest. That put me at 3 miles so then I did a 2 mile cool down to give me 7 for the day. Then after my workout Tania wanted me too pace her in a 800 because that is what she is running on friday. So I did that with her so I ended up with 7.5 for the day.
