I really felt the heat when I started running at 5:15 AM. Also, my toes and the tops of my feet hurt for the first few miles. I had to mentally focus on other thoughts otherwise I would not have finished my run.
I had hoped that by going back to the Brooks brand of shoes this foot problem would go away. It may just take some time. I know that the shoes are wider than my Saucony's.
