Race Reflections:
- This was my first race since my hamstring injury in November 2016. I was completely winded throughout the race. From the moment I began running, I felt awful (slow, weighted down, sore). Mentally, it was a battle with my thoughts to finish especially the final 1/2 mile. My pace really slowed.
- I have a long road ahead of me to gain stamina and speed back.
