- I have been ill with something that has caused my lymph nodes to enlarge
- My eating has been sporadic and next to nothing
- I could really feel the effects of being sick and ill-nourished. The run was difficult. I was supposed to run 10 miles, but could only make it to the 8 mile point.
- Tomorrow is a new day. Attempts will be made to eat today.

- Legs were very tired from yesterday's long run
- I tried to pace above 10 minutes for my easy day - the 9:40 range seems to be my current go to pace
- I need to work at being more cognizant of my pace so I really run an easy pace
- I wore my ski gloves so i would not have the same problem with my fingers yesterday - much improved
