- I've been having left knee pain for the past month or so. I've never experienced knee pain before so the other day I did some googling on it to find causes, strength exercises, etc. I read several articles about treadmill running and knees. Today I raised the incline of the treadmill. Guess what? No knee pain! I wish that I could solve all of my life ssues this easily!

- I raised the incline even more this morning because my knee had some slight pain when I started my run. Hopefully tomorrow I can run outside. Cold and snow this morning! I really had hoped that the winter weather was completely over!
