- I currently detest running. I experience zero pleasure from the activity. Admitting this makes me so sad. I think for the first time I am experiencing the so-called pandemic fatigue which is odd because I have truly enjoyed myself over the past year. I have spent the majority of the time with my family. I have a job. I have saved a ton of money. I am still COVID free. I just got vaccinated. I have kept up with hobbies and added new hobbies. I get outside as much as possible to get fresh air and sunshine. I'm just in a funk especially with my running. Sigh!

- This was my first good week since the New Year. It was mentally difficult, but I showed up every day. I have a long way to go and lots of work ahead of me. I'm not really sure what I want to accomplish, but I definitely want to enjoy my running life and to regain my strong fitness level.
