- I really don't understand how my recovery pace is supposed to be 12:22. I am pretty sure that I could walk that pace.The pace that I finsihed at was probably faster than my recovery pace should have been, but it felt natural so I went with it today. I still ran in the rain,but at least there were no down pours like yesterday.
- My legs were not sore or tired from yesterday's 20 miler! Although, I have eaten everything in my sight!
